I love that I am I able to motivate, help and inspire so many people, it gives me the greatest satisfaction to share my nutritional knowledge with my clients (add this please) and help them improve their knowledge nutrition, the quality of foods they eat & their eating habits.

It’s about learning and doing the right things at the right time, making adjustments to establish a solid fitness foundation.

Nutrition is the most important aspect of the health- journey, yet it is the most difficult. With so many diets and studies out there, it can be overwhelming to figure out what is best for you. I don’t believe in a single nutrition philosophy, I incorporate important habits that will stick and help my clients succeed.

The type of training I do is called Metabolic Training which basically means do as many basic and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and AFTER the workout. FYI, your metabolism (aka metabolic rate) is how many calories your body burns at rest.

Yes I do. I am certified Precision Nutrition coach. I work closely with my clients to analyze their eating habits, and teach them how to make better food choices in order to accomplish the desired goal.

While I always recommend seeing a professional (doctor, physical therapist) I can help with strength training to complement physical therapy as well as use trigger point technique to alleviate pain and soreness.

Yes I do work with with kids ages 8-18 yrs old; always with the parents’ permission. I believe it is important to help them on their development as human beings and motor skills.
